A delicious and easy-to-make recipe featuring ground turkey and a flavorful bang bang sauce served over rice.

- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced cucumbers
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- While the turkey cooks, prepare the bang bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Once the turkey is cooked, remove from heat and stir in half of the bang bang sauce until well coated.
- To assemble the bowls, divide the cooked rice among four bowls. Top each with the saucy ground turkey.
- Arrange shredded carrots and sliced cucumbers around the turkey in each bowl.
- Drizzle the remaining bang bang sauce over the bowls.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
