Description

Delicious and cheesy buffalo chicken sliders perfect for any gathering!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese (shredded, divided)
  • 3 cups finely shredded cooked chicken breast (warmed)
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (I like Frank’s Red Hot Regular buffalo sauce)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 tablespoons ranch dressing mix (divided)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  2. In a medium bowl, add the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and all but a teaspoon of the dry ranch dressing mix. Mix until evenly coated.
  3. Using a bread knife, slice the entire roll in half horizontally, but do not separate them individually.
  4. Lay the bottom half with the cut-side facing up into a casserole dish or on a baking sheet. You can lightly grease the pan with cooking spray if you like.
  5. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the bottom half of the rolls.
  6. Spread the chicken mixture over the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the chicken, then carefully place the tops of the rolls on top.
  8. Brush the butter on the roll tops and sprinkle with the remaining dry ranch mix.
  9. Place in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the tops are brown and the cheese has melted.
  10. Remove from oven, slice into 12 sliders, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • These sliders are great for parties and game days!
  • Feel free to adjust the spiciness by varying the amount of buffalo sauce.
  • Can be served with additional ranch dressing for dipping.
