- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
- 1 can (10 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, shredded cheddar cheese, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread it evenly.
- Cut biscuit dough into quarters and arrange pieces over the chicken mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- This casserole can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
