- 2 packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 3 green onions, chopped
- ½ cup black olives, chopped
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Tortilla chips or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, cheddar, Monterey Jack, and taco seasoning until smooth.
- Stir in chopped green onions and half of the olives. Mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving plate and form it into a wreath shape. Use plastic wrap if needed to mold evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Before serving, top with remaining olives, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
- Surround the wreath with tortilla chips or crackers and serve cold.
