A delicious and creamy banana pudding made with cottage cheese, instant vanilla pudding, and fresh bananas.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 34 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • Vanilla wafer cookies (optional, for layering)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let sit 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. In another bowl, stir cottage cheese with vanilla extract until creamy.
  3. Gently fold the pudding into the cottage cheese mixture. Add whipped topping if using.
  4. In a serving dish or individual cups, layer banana slices, pudding-cottage cheese mixture, and vanilla wafers (if using). Repeat layers as desired.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
