Description

A delightful and easy cranberry cream cheese dip perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package cream cheese (8oz/250g package, softened)
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 zest orange
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 green onions (sliced, for garnish, optional)
  • crackers or baguette slices (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese on a serving plate or in a shallow dish. Use the back of a spoon to spread it into an even layer, about ½ inch thick.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the cranberry sauce, orange juice, orange zest, honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spoon the cranberry mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer, letting it slightly cascade over the edges for a pretty presentation.
  4. Sprinkle on green onions for garnish, if using.
  5. Pair with crackers, pita chips, or baguette slices.

Notes

  • This dip is best served chilled.
