Description

A delicious and spicy cranberry dip, perfect for entertaining and pairing with crackers or veggies.


Ingredients

  • 2 green onions

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Add cranberries, jalapeño, green onions, and cilantro to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, then stir in sugar, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and chill for 1 hour.
  3. Spread softened cream cheese onto a serving plate in an even layer.
  4. Spoon the chilled cranberry mixture over the cream cheese.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready. Pair with crackers, pita chips, or veggies.
