Description

A delicious creamy dish with beef steak, cheese tortellini, and fresh spinach.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) beef steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 package (9–12 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Reduce heat to medium, stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add spinach and cooked tortellini, tossing to coat.
  6. Return steak bites to the skillet and mix until everything is heated through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
