A delicious creamy dish with beef steak, cheese tortellini, and fresh spinach.

- 1 lb (450 g) beef steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 package (9–12 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Reduce heat to medium, stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add spinach and cooked tortellini, tossing to coat.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and mix until everything is heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
