Instructions
- Prepare the Gelatin:
- In a large bowl, dissolve the raspberry-flavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir well until completely dissolved.
- Add 1 cup of cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir to combine.
- Chill the Gelatin:
- Gently fold in the fresh raspberries into the gelatin mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or a serving dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firmly set.
- Whip the Cream:
- In a chilled mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Using an electric mixer, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- Assemble the Dessert:
- Once the gelatin is firm, remove it from the mold onto a serving plate.
- Spread the whipped cream over the top of the gelatin.
- Drizzle raspberry jam over the whipped cream for a festive look.

- Ensure the gelatin is completely set before attempting to remove it from the mold to maintain its shape.
