Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake tin with festive cupcake liners.
- Prepare the Cupcake Batter: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Mix until just combined.
- Bake the Cupcakes: Divide the batter evenly among the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Decorate the Cupcakes: Spread or pipe a generous amount of buttercream frosting onto each cooled cupcake. Dip the frosted cupcakes into the melted white chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off. While the chocolate is still soft, attach two small pretzels at the top for antlers. Place a red candy nose in the center. Add small black gel dots or edible eyes for the reindeer’s eyes.

- For added flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of cinnamon or nutmeg to the cupcake batter for a festive twist.
- If the chocolate hardens too quickly, you can gently heat it again in the microwave at 15-second intervals until smooth.
- Use different colored candy for variety, especially if making a larger batch for a festive gathering.
