Instructions

  1. Make the cheesecake filling: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Beat until smooth and fluffy. This is the heart of the dessert—creamy, tangy, and lightly sweet.
  2. Prepare your wrappers: Lay out your egg roll wrappers on a clean surface. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of cheesecake filling into the center of each one. Top with a spoonful of cherry pie filling.
