- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in Chocolate Chips and Marshmallows: Gently fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. The marshmallows give these cookies their signature hot cocoa feel—melting just enough during baking to create gooey centers and crisped edges.
- Chill the Dough (Optional but Recommended): If you have time, chill the dough for 30 minutes. This helps the cookies hold their shape and makes the flavors even richer.
