Description
Deliciously creamy pumpkin and burrata cheese spread on crispy flatbreads, topped with fresh sage and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

- 2 store-bought flatbreads
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (fresh roasted or canned)
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 6 fresh sage leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Arrange flatbreads on a lined baking sheet and spread an even layer of pumpkin puree over each.
- Tear burrata cheese into pieces and distribute over the pumpkin puree. Scatter fresh sage leaves on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze after removing from the oven.
- Slice into portions, serve warm, and enjoy!
