Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (fresh roasted or canned)
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 6 fresh sage leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Arrange flatbreads on a lined baking sheet and spread an even layer of pumpkin puree over each.
  3. Tear burrata cheese into pieces and distribute over the pumpkin puree. Scatter fresh sage leaves on top.
