Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup toffee bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is well incorporated before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  7. Gently fold in the toffee bits.
  8. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  10. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
