Delicious chocolate marshmallow treats that are easy to make and perfect for sharing.
Ingredients

- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 7 oz marshmallow creme
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt (optional)
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches a full boil.
- Boil for 4–5 minutes, continuing to stir without stopping.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted.
- Add marshmallow creme, vanilla, and salt; mix until smooth.
- Fold in chopped nuts if using.
- Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Let cool at room temperature for 3–4 hours or refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
- Once firm, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a nut-free version, omit the walnuts or pecans.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
