Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, ground cinnamon, ground cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
