Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups water or milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup berries (optional)
Instructions
- In a pot, bring water or milk to a boil.
- Add rolled oats and reduce heat to medium.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in protein powder, honey, and cinnamon.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Top with berries if desired and serve.

- For extra sweetness, adjust honey or maple syrup to taste.
