Delicious peanut butter stuffed pretzel bites coated in a caramel mixture, perfect for a sweet snack!

- 1 cup butter (salted or unsalted)
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 44 ounces peanut butter stuffed pretzels
Instructions
- Add butter, brown sugar and corn syrup to a large pan or dutch oven. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Boil for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and baking soda. The mixture will foam slightly.
- Pour the peanut butter stuffed pretzel bites directly into the pan. Stir gently until all the pretzels are well coated in caramel.
- Spread the coated pretzels onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in an even layer. Bake at 250°F for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let cool completely before breaking apart. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
