Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 scoop salted caramel protein powder (I used Equip)
  • 1 medjool date (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ½1 cup ice (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust liquid or ice as needed.
  3. Taste and add an extra pinch of sea salt or date for sweetness if desired.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • For a sweeter shake, add more medjool dates.
  • You can substitute the almond milk with any milk of your choice.
