Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 carrots (chopped)
- 2 celery stalks (chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 28 oz crushed tomatoes
- 14 oz tomato sauce
- 0 cup chicken broth
- 0 cup milk or cream
- 1 lb pasta
Instructions
- Sauté onion, carrots, and celery in olive oil until softened.
- Add garlic and tomato paste and cook briefly.
- Transfer vegetables to slow cooker and add tomatoes, broth, seasoning, and bay leaf.
- Add chicken and cook on low for 6–7 hours.
- Shred chicken and return to sauce.
- Stir in milk or cream and cook 15 minutes longer.
- Cook pasta separately and serve with sauce.
