Description

A deliciously sweet and creamy dessert salad featuring Snickers bars and Granny Smith apples.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 Granny Smith apples
  • 6 Snickers bars
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 package (3 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. Chop the apples into bite-sized cubes and the Snickers bars into small chunks.
  4. Fold apples and Snickers pieces into the creamy pudding mixture. Add marshmallows and peanuts if using.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Just before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle extra chopped Snickers or peanuts for garnish.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can add caramel sauce to the mix.
  • This salad can be made a few hours in advance; however, it is best served fresh.
