Instructions

- Whisk almond flour, powdered erythritol, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet, flatten slightly, and bake for 10–12 minutes.
- Cool on baking sheet briefly, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
