Description
Delicious and colorful Rice Krispies treats made with buttery marshmallows and festive sprinkles.
Ingredients

- 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup Pastel colored sprinkles
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir until they have completely melted and incorporated with the butter.
- Remove mixture from heat and mix in the Rice Krispies.
- Add 3/4 cup of sprinkles and gently stir to combine.
- Press the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of sprinkles over the top and gently push into the treats.
- Allow the treats to cool and firm up before cutting them into squares.
Notes
- This recipe can be customized with different types of sprinkles or by adding additional flavors such as vanilla or almond extract.
