A delicious and easy recipe for peanut butter cookies that are soft and chewy.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 6 tbsp Almond Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter and sugar until creamy.
- Stir in almond milk and vanilla.
- Add in flour and baking soda and mix until well combined. (Using your hands to mix together may be easiest.)
- Scoop 1 1/2 tbsp size cookie dough balls onto the prepared pan with enough space between each to allow room to spread.
- Using the back of a fork, flatten each dough ball in a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
- These cookies are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
- You can substitute almond milk with any other milk if desired.
