Description

A delicious and easy recipe for peanut butter cookies that are soft and chewy.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 6 tbsp Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter and sugar until creamy.
  3. Stir in almond milk and vanilla.
  4. Add in flour and baking soda and mix until well combined. (Using your hands to mix together may be easiest.)
  5. Scoop 1 1/2 tbsp size cookie dough balls onto the prepared pan with enough space between each to allow room to spread.
  6. Using the back of a fork, flatten each dough ball in a crisscross pattern.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

  • These cookies are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
  • You can substitute almond milk with any other milk if desired.
