- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup pecans (toasted, chopped)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 pinch salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt white chocolate gently using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and salt if using.
- Fold in dried cranberries and toasted pecans until fully coated.
- Spoon small clusters onto prepared baking sheet.
- Allow to set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
