Description

This delicious hazelnut cream dessert is smooth, creamy, and topped with a delightful crunch from chopped hazelnuts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 120 g butter biscuits
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 30 g chopped hazelnuts
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 300 g whipping cream
  • 80 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp hazelnut cream
  • 2 Kinder Bueno
  • 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
  • 150 g hazelnut cream

Instructions

  1. Finely crush the cookies in a food processor and mix with the melted butter and chopped hazelnuts.
  2. Mix mascarpone, cream cheese, sugar, 200g whipped cream and 2 tbsp hazelnut cream for 1 minute with an electric mixer.
  3. Whip the remaining cream until stiff.
  4. First, fill the glasses with the cookie mixture, then pipe the cream into the glasses using a piping bag.
  5. Finally, briefly heat the hazelnut cream in the microwave or over a water bath to make it more liquid and pour it onto the cream.
  6. Chill briefly and decorate with the remaining chopped hazelnuts, whipped cream and Kinder Bueno.

Notes

  • Ensure the whipped cream is beaten until stiff to hold its shape.
  • Soak the glasses in warm water briefly before serving to loosen the dessert if needed.
