Description
Delicious puff pastry topped with roasted grapes and brie cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 cup fresh grapes (mixed red and green)
- 4 oz brie cheese (sliced)
- 2 tsp balsamic glaze
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (chopped)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss grapes with olive oil and salt in a bowl. Spread them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast grapes for 15-20 minutes until soft and bursting.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface; cut it into squares or circles.
- Arrange pastry on another lined baking sheet. Top each with slices of brie and roasted grapes; sprinkle with thyme.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving warm.
