A delicious creamy pasta dish featuring tender sirloin steak and a rich garlic sauce.

- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 8 oz fettuccine or linguine
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add steak in a single layer, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Lower heat to medium, add butter, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Sauté until garlic is golden and fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and cream. Bring to a simmer, add pasta. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 12–14 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, return steak to the pan, and simmer for 1–2 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot. Add extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
- Feel free to substitute the steak with chicken or shrimp for variations.
