Description

Delicious and easy-to-make strawberry and pound cake kabobs, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz fresh strawberries (hulled and halved)
  • 1 cup pound cake (cut into cubes)
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Take a skewer and thread a strawberry half, followed by a cube of pound cake, and another strawberry half. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving space at the ends.
  2. Repeat the process with the remaining skewers until all ingredients are used.
  3. Serve the kabobs drizzled with whipped cream or serve the whipped cream on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • For best results, use ripe strawberries for sweetness.
  • You can substitute pound cake with angel food cake for a lighter option.
